For my husband's birthday this year, I decided to use the number 31 theme (since he was turning 31) and all I could think of was Baskin N Robbins 31 flavors!
So....I decided on creating the wackiest ice-cream bar ever.
In addition to the standard ice cream toppings, we included a few unconventional toppings for a total of 31 toppings (including cherry tomatoes, cheetohs, chile peppers, gummy worms, pitted prunes, pickles, nerds, etc. to name a few).
To encourage guests to actually use some of the unconventional toppings we had prizes for the top 2 participants that made the grossest creation and the coolest creation....
There were some excellent showings....but it ultimately came down to two...
Cheefishchexpicklecream won for coolest icecream...
I had corn for dinner won for grossest!
It was a fabulous night.
